Initial Consultation
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options.
Occasionally treatment can be carried out on the same day as the initial consultation, however a complex medical history or treatment plan or patients requiring Intravenous Sedation for treatment will require a separate consultation, at which time appropriate treatment appointments will be made.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Your referral letter and any x-rays if applicable
- A list of medications you are presently taking
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Patient Billing
The fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. When a surgical procedure is indicated before, or becomes evident during or after endodontic therapy, a separate fee will be charged.
Consultation fees are payable at the time of consultation. It is the policy of this office that fees for treatment are paid in full at the completion of the treatment.
We welcome MasterCard, EFTPOS, Bank Cheques, Money Orders, Personal Cheques and Cash.
Scheduling
North Shore Endodontics is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8.00am until 6.00pm and on Wednesday and Friday from 8.00am until 5.00pm. Every attempt will be made to see you as soon as possible.
Due to the fact that North Shore Endodontics provides sugical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases also arise and cause delays. We apprecaite your understanding and patience.
